Playa Conchal, located in front of the resort, is considered as one of the most beautiful beaches of Costa Rica, pristine white sand and turquoise warm waters await you. The resort hosts a professional 18-hole golf course designed by the recognized Robert Trent Jones II. For nature lovers, the resort provides more than 5km of natural trails for hiking and biking, also a wildlife refuge (protected area) that is home of several flora and fauna species that are worth to visit.
Among our purposes is ensuring that the unit meets the highest standards of cleanliness and sanitation. Our housekeeping department provides a quality professional service, following cleaning and disinfecting protocols and reinforcing the tranquility and satisfaction of each of our guests. It is a team of qualified personnel that uses the best quality products, carrying out rigorous control in every corner of the unit, with particular attention paid to high-touch items. Upon arrival, you will find the unit perfectly prepared and checked by our team.
Public spaces at the buildings such as entry, elevators and elevator buttons and public bathrooms are deeply and often disinfected.
The extraordinary beach club offers a fitness center, steaming room, sauna and more. Also, kayaks and bicycles are available for guests with no additional cost.
The Westin and W Costa Rica hotels are located inside Reserva Conchal resort. During your stay, we recommend checking with our concierges about the availability to visit the exclusive restaurants located in the different hotels of the resort.
If you want additional cleaning services during your stay, we are happy to offer them. You only have to contact us so we can share our menu with you.
In case your stay is 7 or more nights, we offer a general cleaning service on the day you choose at no additional cost, it has to be booked prior arrival.

The only hiccup was we had groceries delivered and they put huge milk container blocking vent in fridge. Serviceman came and thought it needed time to come to temp. My husband figured out the milk was blocking vent. Milk should go on door. That was psee more

Rose Mary's communication was absolutely amazing and did everything that she could to make us feel at home and safe. She provided detailed tips and how-to guides about check in and checkout, nearby dining options, additional services and other valuable information. Low occupation allowed us to ask for early check in and late checkout, allowing us to enjoy a few extra hours in this beautiful villa. We found everything we needed, lots of space and natural light, and nice decoration touches to match our tropical stay. Rose Mary reached out to us via email and followed up via Whatsapp, in a respectful and friendly way. We love Conchal and expect to return soon! We hope we can book this same unitat least know that any of the OCC rental's will match our expectations.
